General Manager/DGM -Business Development

We are looking for GM/DGM – Business Development. The prospective candidate will be working with the management team to identify appropriate business opportunities leading to business development for the company. Responsible for the day to day management of opportunities from the discovery of opportunities, writing effective proposals until formal engagement and will play a part in facilitating that transition into engagement.
Desired education qualification will be graduate with MBA degree. Agriculture and agribusiness management background is preferred. A Minimum of 10 years experience in consulting services and writing proposals for multilateral organizations like ADB, the World Bank, FAO etc, will be an advantage.

Deputy Manager/Manager-Agronomy

We are looking for Deputy Manager/Manager level candidate who will be working on projects from Planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and evaluation in agriculture or food
processing. The selected candidate may be required to conduct and demonstrate, evaluation of latest technology in cultivation practices and crop care, crop selection to suit agro-climatic conditions and providing personal consultation with customers as needed.
Qualification – B.Sc/M.Sc Agronomy with 5 years experience. Preference will be given to candidates who worked in consultancy and report writing.

Deputy Manager/Manager-Infrastructure
Location: Delhi
We are looking for Deputy Manager/Manager level candidate for our Project Management vertical. Selected candidates will be required to plan and execute projects and monitor overall progress and use of resources. Development of project concept, feasibility reports, and detailed project report will be required. Familiarity with Government schemes and procedures and project financing norms by commercial banks shall be preferred.
Desired Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Preference will be given to Food Technology/Dairy Technology or allied subjects. MBA Agribusiness will be an additional qualification.
Experience – A minimum experience of 4-6 years in consulting and project management.
