Gokul Patnaik is an accomplished member of India ’s agri business community having worked in the IAS (1969 – 1998) and in Industry. Mr. Patnaik has headed various well known state enterprises such as APEDA, Punjab Agro Industries Corporation, Punjab Markfed amongst others and leading agro industrial enterprise. Mr. Patnaik engineered the landmark joint venture between Punjab Agro and PepsiCo which led to commercialisation of agriculture in the country. His focus areas remain commercialisation of agri business.

Mr. Patnaik has been the President of the All India Food Processors' Association, a member of the National Council of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and a member of the Task Force on Agriculture of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He is also a member of the Chief Minister's Advisory Committee on Agriculture in the Punjab and advises the Governments of Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Uttaranchal, West Bengal and Orissa.

Mr. Patnaik is a well known authority on agribusiness and has contributed many articles on the subject. His views are frequently sought by the Government and Industry.

Sunil Sharma has in depth working experience of the Indian Agriculture sector having worked across the chain from production to marketing. Mr. Sharma has been working at senior positions in key Indian Government enterprises like Punjab Markfed, National Horticulture Board and APEDA.

Mr. Sharma specialises in Agri Infrastructure projects and has successfully developed Wholesale Markets, Integrated Supply Chains and Marketing Centers for agricultural products across the country. Mr. Sharma’s focus is on developing efficient and remunerative marketing models and infrastructure for Indian Agri Business.

Mr. Sharma is a member of the National Council, Agriculture of Confederation of Indian Industry and is active in various forums relating to Indian Agriculture and Food sectors.
